Hall Hire

The Langley Hall is an excellent facility for community use and private hire. It is a perfect venue for Mendhi parties, wedding receptions, personal celebrations, meetings and community activities.

The hall is 52 ft x 28ft (16m x 8.5m) with a maximum capacity of 180 people standing or 120 seated.

Facilities include:

  • Tables: 14 large, 7 small
  • Chairs: 120
  • Kitchen: six burner/double oven, microwave, small fridge
  • Serving hatch
  • Small raised stage
  • Disabled access throughout
  • Evening and weekend parking in small off-street car park and streets.

Location

Our address is The Langley Hall Aberfeldy Street, Poplar, E14 0QD. Aberfeldy Street is just off Abbott Road, which is a turning off the A12 Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach Road and the A13. The main hall doors are just beside the Ettrick Street 309 bus stop.

 

Pricing

PRIVATE and COMMERCIAL hire – £50 per hour AT ANY TIME

Community Groups / Charities and ‘Not for profit’ organisations
Monday – Friday £30 per session (1-3 hours) £15/hour for further hours
Saturday or Sunday before 6pm £30 perhour
Saturday or Sunday after 6pm £50 per hour

 

Booking

To make a booking, call 07903 340 539 or fill out the enquiry form below. We will let you know whether the date you want is available. Several groups use the hall on a regular basis and their booking times cannot be changed.

Bookings are only taken at St Nicholas Church, Aberfeldy Street (next to the hall) on Sundays between 12:15-1pm.

A deposit of £150 cash will be required for all bookings.

All bookings must end at 11pm.
