At our baptism we become members of the church. Christening is another word for this.

It is a great joy to welcome people into the family of the church and we baptise babies, children and adults. This happens in our main Sunday service so that the whole community of faith can welcome you and/ or your child. It is a beautiful service, rich in symbolism, and reminds us of God’s great love for us.
